highland and del rosa seems like an unlikely spot for a fresh n easy. this store caters mainly to health conscience individuals doesnt it? i dont know if anyone is familiar with the area, but the locals dont seem to be the kind of people who would patron this sort of establishment. the kfc on the other hand is always busy...understand now?

Just maybe there are folks with common sense that will patronize the store and realize they can eat healthy foods at a decent price. I love shopping at their stores, not only do they have an excellent variety of fresh food, it is so reasonable! Can't beat their mark-downs either!

Fresh and Easy is a cross between your normal supermarket and a Trader Joes. Thank God it opened. Having to run to Redlands for good cheese was getting tiring. With all of the ready made food (just pop in the microwave) I think it may have a chance - lord knows the welfare moms are fond of that type of food. You can see that when you stand in line behind them at Stater Bros. If it doesn't then hopefully those of us that want higher end supplies will frequent it instead of trekking to Redlands.

Not necessarily.. they're opening them all over in areas that suck also ...like San Bernardino. They opened on on Rosecrans & Central in LA of all places. They will close half of their stores within 2 years for many reasons... theft, bad economy etc.Let's face it, is Del Rosa a health concsious area??? hahahaahah!!

I was remarking that the type of foods that Fresh and Easy sells would be something that type of person would be interested in. Anyone that has stood behind them in line would see the microwave pizza rolls, microwave burritos, Hostess ding-dongs, soda, and chips that they are feeding their children. I think that you are taking the politically correct thing a bit too far. I've stood in line at food pantries before when things are tight, I've raided the kids piggy bank to feed them. I meant no disrespect so chill.

"Racist Pig, there were people from all races their. It is people like you that help give SB a bad name." Wow, Old Skool, the only person who brought up race was you, perhaps you should check yourself. I personally am looking forward to this store, and to my way of thinking, perhaps this will allow some people to become better aquainted with healthier foods.

Hey Mike C, I am sure there are thousands of men with the name "Jack Brown". That doesn't mean it was THE Jack Brown. Not sure about Ron but aren't you being a little uptight? So, that particular Jack Brown doesn't like Berdoo. Big deal - the one that counted moved his headquarters here.

Would the real Jack Brown make those kinds of disparaging remarks about San Bernardino people??? Be serious.... He is from SB.

Hey Mike - Calling people names is something that people with low intelligence use and with you it is evident, if the assertion that you "know" Jack Brown is even true, that Jack Brown must associate with low brow creeps. Sticks and stones!:p

He would not say things like that. He is great. Loved his speech at the walk this weekend about soldiers and booting out the politicians if they do not listen. He is one of my favorite people. Pays my daughter. Leave this good man alone!!!!
