We do alot of fishing there in confederate in teh summer time. I think it is open until around 10ish at night. There is a sign posted when you first pull onto the grounds with all that information. It used to be so packed with reunions and such and now it is a pretty tranquil place. |

I like to fish too. Just bought an underwater camera. Do you have any luck at the confederate lakes? When I was a kid, we use to ice skate out there, if it's the same place I'm thinking about,several small ponds close together.(?) |

Yes, several small ponds out there, some picnicing areas, and for the last several years there has been a plyground out there as well. As for luck, we've caught several large ones there. Went there this past summer and did alright. Some really large cats in there. I wanted to go yesterday with the weather so nice, but I was afraid this kid would want to come out and my hospital is the other way. LOL. |

Well my original date was the 15th of March...they are now saying this week posibly...I'm definately hoping at this point. That name....Kegley, sounds familiar, I'll think about it and get back to you on that one. *smiles*. Yah those ponds are nice out there...noone to bother you, pretty quiet all the time, unless a crazy old man like my dad is there fishing that can't contain his excitement even when he catches one that is too small to keep and he has to throw it back. LOL.

Yah, all is well guys...had to fire my doctor this week. Was having some mild pregnancy problems and he left the state on me....what a nice guy (this is when he had me an appointment to induce TODAY!) Anywho, this kid likes it in there, I guess I feed him too well, so they are going to give me a few more days overdue then they are going in for an eviction. LOL.
And come on guys you know I'll keep you updated when something happens you all are my favorite bunch of misfits. |
