I think it is hilarious wrote: You all you say so & so reads this are the same ones who post crap up on here just like the rest. I think this is a good way for people to speak their mind. People already know how they feel about Higbee and their residents, they aren't going to change. Everyone thinks you Higbee people are a bunch of no-teeth havin', screwin' your sibling, mullet wearing, dumpy car drivin', non-working, kid's don't have the same daddy, dryer out in the yard, no curtain havin', internet meetin' new spouses, higbee lovers who don't actually live in higbee, medicine takin' for unbalanced minds, no bath takin' freaks. No matter how good you all try to sound, nobody will change their minds on Higbee-ites. Deal with it, everyone has. I am from Higbee and none of the above mentioned criteria meet me or any of the other Higbee people I know. I also have friends from outside of Higbee who think of me as a person not a Higbee-ite. You made several insulting comments that most people don't deserve. There are alot of good people from here and yes there problem are some less desireable people here like in all towns but they are all GOD's children & I do believe he loves them.

Help Out wrote: Anyone wanting to sign the petition to support the parole of Chuck Bankhead should call his mom or other City Council members. Was the Council members involved in this petition? As in having the actual petition? Were they acting on behalf of the city of Higbee? Wow.

Please wait...
My stay in Higbee was a brief three years, but what I learned about the town is that there is ALWAYS something going on. There is always some type of drama happening, always a beer to be shared, and always a common enemy to hate.
The most fun thing about Higbee is that even when you're worst enemy shows up to the same place you are and an outsider drives up, the two of you become best friends if even for only a few minutes.
This type of unpredictability is exactly why I'm coming to town for Higbee's fair. It's always a blast and I can't wait to get completely smashed at the beer garden. Hell, it's been way too long since I've seen some of my old friends.

The newest city council members had nothing to do with this petition, nor would they. Question wrote: <quoted text> Was the Council members involved in this petition? As in having the actual petition? Were they acting on behalf of the city of Higbee? Wow.

So we're pretty much digging up old news to complain about then? Why is everyone so worried about the Bankheads? New mayor, new council, same dead town, isn't it time to move on.

Steve, you're "special" aren't you? You are commenting on topics that have been dead for a pretty long time.
