It takes time to build a case, and Kim is innocent until proven otherwise, If it wasnt for Denises bad judgement and being drunk none of this would have ever happened, she ruined Lindsays life as well as the the Polley,s, only because she was thinking about herself, she was asked several times not to invite him over, but do to the fact she wanted to sleep with anyone and everyone with no background check, well judge be the for yourself she has a very extensive background and alcohol issues that are not good, she doesnt even have custody of her kids because of this. My sympathy goes out to both parties, Denise should really arresteted because if it wasnt for her none of this would have happened. And I beleave Polley deserves a fair trial.
