In order to be lead counsel in a death case you need to have been 2nd chair(assistant) in at least 2 death cases. For Gary Ostrow to have taken a captital case and represented to the family that he was fully qualified is a clear violation of the law. There are reasons why there are standards for representation in death cases. As the saying goes...Death is Different.

Ostrow should stay in the race, Finkelstein is no better than Ostrow. Check Finkelstein's criminal records.
