HARASSMENT: Jackie Bates, 50, of 36 N. Chestnut St., was charged with harassment after an incident involving a neighbor at 6:20 p.m. Tuesday. Police said Bates threw an acorn at John Nauman, 62, of 34 N. Chestnut St.

now that I could see as harassment.

must be nice there are no drug incidents in Lebanon anymore.
