Crowbar assault: Prison for 2

Cut the prison time in half, saving taxpayers a lot of money and let the the victim give daily crowbar beatings for a couple of months to these two bums. If the bums ever get so much as a parking ticket again, increase their crowbar beatings to twice a day.

Yeah well if the reak truth be told Orpha who was the real lookout should have been charged with something she stood outside and watched she was the only other one beside Kristie Trgaser and Amos small who planned to leave state. The duffle bag that was found in the car was my duffle bag and it was put in the car the day after the assault, a day after the crowbar was already thrown into a lebanon county pond. The bag was found in the car several days later when the police found the car which had broken down on I83 and then was towed to Kristie tregasers mothers home. in that bag there was latex gloves, because Kristie, Orpha and Amos had planned to rob a place of business in maryland. Andrew had no part in this matter other than he tried to stop the assault. If at the hearing people would have been allowed to testify to this fact. But instead we were told that any involvement anyone other than the small boys were not allowed to be discussed in the court room. Absolutely no one testified that andrew did anything but try and stop the assault including the victims who could not even pick Andrew out in the court room. The victim edward Andrews testified that he never saw Andrew there and that Andrew never touched him, He also asked that the charges for Andrew be dropped. But yet Andrew got a sentence of 5 1/2 to 15 years for doing nothing but trying to stop the assault. Want to talk fair and the real lookut Orpha got no charges and the one who used the crowbar and the Homie sock (a sock with a bar of soap in it) who for weeks bragged about what she had done and how she had left him for dead got 3 years to 6 years. Wheres the justice in that. So in other words had Andrew hit the man and left him for dead he would have gotten a lighter sentence. There is you judicial system at work. But Andrew does have an appeal and plans on using it...I am looking to hire a private detective to help with this matter. This conviction was politically motivated and the Jonestown police lied and covered up aome very important fact as did the District Attorney John W Ditzler. I have never experienced such conspiracy, corruption and mishandling of a court case in my life as with Andrew Small. Yes i am the parent of both of these boys and I know that Amos is guilty and should serve jail time but why so much more than Kristie tregaser she is the one who hit Mr Andrews with the weapons and she is the one who wanted to kill him because he supposedly exposed himself to her and she did not think six months in jail would be enough time for him to serve. But when it comes to Andrew he did nothing but try to stop the assault. NO it was not pre planned by anyone but Kristie, Orpha and Amos. Well if everything works out it will all come out in a few weeks or months and then all people will see the truth.

also had Andrew Small been allowed to have his hearing seperate from Amos Small the real truth may have been able to come out. Andrew lawyer Mark Schappell was denied the oppurtunity to have a seperate hearing. They did ask but Judge tylwalk refused to let him have a seperate hearing just another example of Lebanon Counties Judicial system. Befoore people make judgements maybe they shopuld hear the real truth as I said it will be coming out. And then those who judged by the little and lies they were told by the judge to the media. Might think twice about how they feel

Before you make judgement maybe you had better read the comments and keep your eye on this case. Andrew small is guilty of nothing but trying to stop the assault he was not the lookout a girl named Orpha was the real lookout but to cover her ass she pinned it on Andrew. That is okay for now cuz when the real facts are exposed they will find there was three people involved in this assault and they were Kristie Tregaser who used the weapons, Amos Small who punched and kicked the victims and Orpha (I don't know her last name at this point) who was the lookout. Keep an eye on this case it isn't over quite yet. Oh and by the way the paper failed to tell you that District attorney Ditzlers brother was on their jury as a matter of fact he was foreman,hmmm how does that work? well as I said keep an eye on this case some real interesting facts are going to come out of this.

i think that both these boys and this kristie girl should be convicted of even longer jail times. they planned it all out so they probably wanted this guy for dead. but they should just be taken and shot and save us taxpayers money. like avenger said. and to the mom of these boys who keeps leaving comments, it seems like you are just trying to keep your boys out of jail and put the blame on this orpha woman. this girl wasnt even mentioned in the article so she apparently wasnt a part of anything.

Kristie, Orpha, and Amos. Sounds like people from the old show The Little Rascals.

all I can say is keep your ears open cuz the truth will soon be coming out....and all those who want to accuse me of just wanting to keep sons out of jail and all the other negatives...are going to find out that Andrew was not involved in this and that there was so much conspiracy going on....that a judge ...DA and and possibly some lawyers will be in deep trouble. I did not know that being a DA you could have your brother as foreman of the jury...seems papers didn't put that part in the paper either...hmmm? also seems that a lot of tainted evidence was used and evidence to prove some of their innocence was hidden.....I am not trying to keep my kids out of jail as I said before yes Amos is guilty...but for andrew he is not guilty of what he is being accused of. And the truth will be told then lets see if you are as quick to apologize as you are to believe people are guilty and that you are to accuse me of trying to keep children out of jail...and making excuses. I bet I get no apology when I am proven to be telling the truth...and the conspiracy and corruption of the lebanon county judicial system is exposed.

yeah and there is two other people sitting in jail for this that weren't even there..they were not mentioned either so does that make them innocent? Even though they were not there they knew of the crime and did nothing and believe it or not both of them testified that Andrew was not the lookout nor did he do anything but try and stop the fight. Even the victims testified that andrew tried to stop Amos Kristie and Orpha.
The only reason I can see that she has been left out at this point is she is 8 months pregnant....I am waiting to see if after her pregnancy if chartges are then filed.
