I just wanted to let everyone that lives in the Town Of North Hempstead
know that they can still do something
about this. There is going to be a meeting on September 16th at 7 pm at
Clinton G. Martin Park in New Hyde Park. As we speak all of the the Civic Associations are joining together to let their members in the community know about this meeting so that they can attend. Petitions are being organized in communities. Please pass the word on to any and all of your neighbors and friends that live in the town. The more people that come and voice their displeasure the better. We need to let Kaiman and the board know "NOT IN OUR TOWN!!" or we will vote you out!!!!! Unity is power!
Let's act as one voice, one power. Please come to the meeting and tell all of your friends and neighbors to come.

You could not have said it better, I have lived in NHP for 20+ years and these last 2 years it has gone down the drain. I used to be able to sleep with my window open and here the birds, no can do anymore. I got to get off LI. Sucks Sucks

Interesting to think that North Hempstead would be any different that any other municipality.

As stated they cant and wont police all its illegal tenancy even after demanding money for a 2 family permit! Why did they do that then a permit?

In the end the real issue is too many people in too small an area. The country is actually being over run with too many people and not one politician has the balls to say that since its not politically correct. Ethnicity race or anything else really is not the issue OVERCROWDING is the issue and it drains our resources.

Oh and the commenter in Farmingdale last I saw your area looks like a over run ghetto so I would suggest you dont comment about here where you dont live.We dont want a ghetto environment here for sure!
