Obviously the owner is guilty as well. They really need to just close that place down. I can't believe what a dump the village of Herkimer is turning into. Just when you think it can't get any worse ... it always seems to.

Watertown and Rome for example. In all the cases the employees get arressted. Not him. it is his word over theirs that he didn't know what they were doing. Truth. He throws them under the bus. The cops know mind you, but the law is the law. He was not caught.They were. Look at his shops in the other location that got busted over the last month or so. They are open for business. Minus the employee.
