Durant man, 18, arrested for sexual assault of a child

I am the mother to the 5 yr. old he is being accused of, he did not do this almost 3 yrs. ago she was assaulted and it went further but they are trying to cover thereselves now for letting the man who did this run to GA and was never charged. The only time he touched her was accident trying to put her on the couch and thats what he told investigators. Authorities in this town will do whatever they can to get an arrest on there belt...

A councelor from providence is the one saying he did this she has not told any other person that it was him and any small child can be coersed into naming anyone, they let me see the paper where they wrote down what she had said the first time and now they have added things i wen to see the paper the second time to see if they were the ones lying and the owner said it was none of my business and laughed in my face now what does that tell ya??

Durant law is like that. It seems that the people who have sworn to uphold the law, look the other way when its convienent for them. A dear friend is serving 25 years because of a similar accusation. No solid proof, just conjecture. They said it happened so it must have. The law in his case wouldnt even listen to testimony that would show he was out of state at the time he was being accused. Makes one sick.

What's the person's name at Providence? Is it KELLY FLUEALLEN? Because a few years ago, my wife took my kids there, and made friends with Kelly, and Kelly tried to get my kids to lie about me, on my ex-wife's behalf. And they wouldn't. Durant is a very crooked little town. But Providence takes the cake! It should be shut down. Perhaps some of us could get together and sue them!

Oh, to be sure plenty of people do commit crimes in Durant, but if you have money, or connections (like Mike Herron) you could get away with murder. Which murder would that be? I just know that Mike Herron of Herron's carpet has gotten away with various crimes over the years because of his money and connections. Whereas I have seen many people who had less money be prosecuted to the fullest extents for minor crimes, just because they lack the money & connections that Herron has.
