Is Hendersonville a good place to live?

the is only one good elementary school.my child has been to about 3 of them i lived 2 years to long there i like pigeonforge nothing like hendersonville look at the people there rude like the singer most r rude too meet a lot in waffle house martty stwert was very nice but taylor swift was very rude there sorry im not her slave
she is living in nashville tn in a condo but lived in a real nice house in hendersonville tn with her mom an stepdad.

We have lived in Hendersonville, TN for almost 30 years, Love, love, LOVE Hendersonville. The police dept. and fire dept. are top notch and very professional. Hendersonville is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. Great for all ages. One just has to look at the grammar and punctuation of the ones who hate Hendersonville and hate the police......Their posts say volumes about them and should be taken with a "grain of salt." <smh>

Hendersonville is getting run down and full of undesirables, illegals, and white trash. Its not the city I grew up in anymore so sad. Hendersonville cops have been like that since I was kid, but there definately not the reason Hendersonville is not longer desirable. Look in the Belle Meade of Green Hills area and even Brentwwod all way better than Hendersonville.

Don't know where you live but it's not by me. Off Long Hollow Pike on the North side is quiet and very nice.

I checked with the police department and could not locate any reported home invasion let alone 6!!!!

Bottom line, just consider the "source" of your information. You can tell by the grammar, the references to the police dept. etc and that should be all you need to know about that particular opinion.:-)

I love Hendersonville. As for the police, they are extremely intelligent. They know that if you are vigilant in stopping the small misdemeanors then you won't have so many felonies. I know because I have lived all over the United States. And when the small things get overlooked then big thing happen. Keep up the good work.

Cindy, I tend to agree with you. The police in Hendersonville are conscientious and from my experience, very consistent in their enforcement of the law here in Hendersonville. The people who have issues with the police, as I said before, are spouting their opinions based on their experiences and obviously most of them have had run ins with the police. Their opinions are to be viewed with that in mind. HPD does an excellent job! AND....Hendersonville is a great place to live. Those who dislike it so much should move.
