It's in a convenient location, clean, well stocked, and very friendly employees. I shop there several times a week.

My wife and I generally like a clean store and we have that so that is a great positive. Its conveniently located to major roadways. As far as groceries go, prices are very reasonable. However, some of the fresh vegetables are not very fresh in appearance, and seem to be not taken off the shelves when they are in that condition. The standard of Walmart doesn't seem to be like the quality of the produce at other grocery chains, so we tend to not buy the veggies there, but go to other groceries for our fresh stuff.

The Bordeaux Landfill has better appearance than the Rivergate Walmart and probably smells better too. I sincerely hope that the new location on Dickerson Road will pull some of the crap back to wince it came.

I am assuming the Rivergate store is actually in Madision, TN, and the Indian Lake store, in Hendersonville, TN.

I have to say, I am surprised at the Indian Lake store. They are clearly going after markets that were previously above them. Look out Target, etc. Walmart has their game on at this location. Very clean, well organized, and with an air of a more expensive store.

Rivergate... um, not so much. I never let my wife go there without me, just in case.

It's usually an ok place with only the occasional trailer trash coming thru (parents with their babies only wearing soiled diapers, people and kids walking barefoot).

The employees are generally friendly as long as you do not use the Spanish option on the self-checkout lines. If you have a problem with your purchase they will come up to you speaking loudly and slowly saying "I do not speak spanish, only English" to which I reply, "I can speak English too".

I have lived in a couple of locations where I would NEVER shop the local wal-mart store for anything. Hendersonville is the only wal-mart store I have never had to complain about anything and would actually recommend to a friend.

Walmart....Hmmm, maybe they should offer gas like Kroger...Swipe my card and get money off my gas. Walmart, MONOPOLY....They should pay their employees more and pay for all their insurance since the Corp makes about 800 billion a yr in sales...Come on now...Do the walmart Cheer.

I like it fine but still find better deals for
items on sale at Krogers, Food Lion and even
Publix. WM still has a niche on some product
lines though and convient for one stop shopping.

I like the Hendersonville Wal-Mart for one stop shopping but I too don't think the veggies look fresh. I do most of my grocery shopping at Publix for that reason. I've always thought the store looked clean until I went to the bathrooms recently. They look like bathrooms in a really old store. It looks like the floors were mopped with a dirty mop. I cringed taking my little girl in there.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Leo

Despite the festivities, something is nagging away at the back of your mind and you won't feel happy until you've done something about it. Do your best to tackle it over the next three weeks while it will benefit from the influence of Mercury backtracking through your sixth house. Your daily routine is filled with an increasing number of details, messages, and information, much of which will be confusing. All you can do is change your attitude to whatever is worrying you.
