Scam Alert

Well they call me every day. Most are from India or some other third world country. You can't even understand them and I don't have a clue what they want. I finally recorded my message as "State Mental Hospital" and that patients can no longer carry cell phones. They can just go to hell as far as I concerned.

Got a call from them today too. Never heard of them before. They supplied: 888-305-9715

"John Brooks" called with a number of 866-278-1213

They supplied the number 866-278-1212
We don't owe any debt. I don't know why they are calling

I just got a call from "David Brent" at 866-695-3013 Ext. 3325 regarding Reference I.D. FMU 878. I do not owe such a debt. I believe that this company has called me prior to this.

I have been harassed by NCO for over two years now. I had an emergency room visit in 2007 at Pasco Regional Medical Center and paid every bill they sent to me. At that time, I was assured that all of my debts to the hospital and associated entities were settled. Several months later, this company contacted me and claimed that I owed $1011.00 to the ER doctor. When I asked for an itemized statement, NCO claimed that they did not supply those documents. Eventually, they relented (due to the fact that I told them they would never receive payment without documentation) and sent me a copy of the hospital bill. Under "Amount Due," someone had used an ink pen to mark through "$0.00" and had written the aforementioned figure.
Over the last couple of years, NCO has tried many methods, including intimidation, to get me to pay this bill. The company is either a scam, or is run by surviving members of the Gestapo. Do not pay them one red cent! I recently contacted the Federal Trade Commission and the Florida Department Of Agriculture And Consumer Services to report both NCO/NCL (both "companies" have been attempting to collect) and the Pasco Regional Medical Center. I encourage anyone who is having the same issues with these morons to do the same.

i just got a weird call from this ncl financing and was told to call Mr. Roberts. wth im twenty and gettin harassed about this? Really? and nobody ever picks up. its always this automated female voice.

They called me today at 8:15 a.m telling me to call them so I did and it said they are closed on Saturday's so if they are closed how did they call me on the same day? We all need to ban together and find these chumps

Got several voice mails from these guys, called them back and refused to give them my name and only provided the reference number they gave me in the voice mails. The name they claimed was associated with that number was no one I had ever heard of, I informed them of this and ended the call. Anyone who calls this place back SHOULD NOT give out their name or any other information about themselves, only the reference number they give you.

Ms. Daniels of NCL financial Systems contacted me about a alleged delinquent account at Direcway. I contacted Direcway who said there was no such account in their systems. I wrote a letter to NCL asking for a verification of the account, NCL has refused to acknowledge that request-no reason given.
Continues to harass and threaten regardless of being told each time Direcway says there is no such account. Suspect NCL is either the same as NCO Financial or connected with NCO in some manner, since the NCO reports here match the same behavior as NCL.
All Nevada residents are instructed to contact the FTC and file for legal action if you contacted or harrassed by this company.
