Ms. Daniels of NCL financial Systems contacted me about a alleged delinquent account at Direcway. I contacted Direcway who said there was no such account in their systems. I wrote a letter to NCL asking for a verification of the account, NCL has refused to acknowledge that request-no reason given.

Continues to harass and threaten regardless of being told each time Direcway says there is no such account. Suspect NCL is either the same as NCO Financial or connected with NCO in some manner, since the NCO reports here match the same behavior as NCL.

All Nevada residents are instructed to contact the FTC and file for legal action if you contacted or harrassed by this company.

NCL Financial Systems has been calling me everyday for months. I got a copy of my credit report, and there is nothing negative on it! This must be a scam. The number they are giving is : 877- 373-5807
I'm reporting it to the police.

I'm being harrassed by NCL Financial Systems for someone else's debt, and, I don't even know the person they are referring to. They call every day, but luckily most of the information doesn't come through since I have Sprint Privacy and they aren't smart enough to have a real live person make the calls. My question is, how do I get them to stop. It's not even MY debt and it's for someone I don't even know.

NCL called on cell. Asking for someone we do not know. Advised them and they became extremely belligerant. This is apparently a scam operation and I have placed my number on the Do Not Call Registry

NCL Financial Systems has called me periodically for 1 and 1/2 years asking for my relative who's been deceased since 2006. This is a fraudulent collection agency, and each time they call and ask for my relative, it hurts me. I have filed a complaint with the PA Attorney General's office and the NC Attorney General's office. The phone number NCL gave is: 1-800-477-3826.

I just got a call from this company, automated of course. When I called the number 877-888-2330 I got a recorded unprofessional message to leave a number and name. I look at my credit report daily and have no delinquent accounts. Last time this company called me because they were looking for someone who's last name began with the same letter as mine who lived in my town.
I can't believe people are allowed to do business like this company.They just call and harass people based on nonsense.

I get calls for Rupe everyday.

I have been getting automated calls from NCL Financial Systems, Inc. since the middle of Dec. I refuse to call them at their 1-800-685-4343 number which I can tell by the posts that they use a different number everytime they call someone. The name is Branden Lucus. It is a debt collection agency. I have no debt. I ran a copy of my credit report and there haven't even been any inquiries. Everything is fine. I don't have that many bills and the ones I do have I know what they are how much I owe. Which in todays world is nothing. I bought a car a couple years ago and my credit score was over 800 so tell me this isn't a scam. My youngest child is close to 40. They are responsible for their own bills. Not me. So I am going to send all the information I have to the Michigan Attorney General and the FTC. These people should have been in with their Tele-PHONEY arrests not long ago.

A lot of these calls come from India.
The U.S. has found it alot cheaper to have these people call from there, because??Thye have no sense of time, they know, that you can't use a machine to do your calling.Just goggle Mini Miranda Rights.They can't call BEFORE nine in the morning.
Just read what they don't want you to know.And, don't count on the Do Not Call Registery either, it could take up to six or eight months before they do anything to help you.Good Luck.
They, should make these idiots that call pay Union wages and pay insurance too.
if, they made them pay what they should this kind of treatment wouldn't go on much longer.Most that do call?I can't even understand what they are saying.
These are not the only ones trying to scam people.Send what information you have to your nearest BBB, look them up in your local phone book , send a detailed complaint to them.make a log of how many times they call you, if you can get a name to send this complaint too.Good luck.

I`ve gotten calls from these J--KOFFs for the last three months. I own my house and car, never took out a loan or had a credit card. I have no debt to anyone. I`m on Do not Call. Maybe that is why they want you to call them, it gives them an out. anyway, they can go piss up a rope.

Alot of these places, buy up old debts,Some are really old and try and collect on them.
You , can also turn them into the Bar Association, in your state.You might want to call, and they will shut them down.
The thing is?They will just set up shop in some other area and start over.

The man that called said his name was Warren Brinker 1-800-785-1426)! Are theses people scams for real or are they for real!

I think the better way of dealing with this is to find the owner of the scam company, track him down and start harassing him and his family 24/7 and see how much he likes it.

Well-Still they call. Looked up NCL rep on Jigsaw and all his phone numbers were x`d out. What`s the problem? Afraid someone will call you constantly for months and months. I have NCL and NCO`s address now, I`m gathering info to send to State`s Attorny Generals in both my state and Penn.( whom already is trying to put the screws to these morons) I think phone Companys should be more involved in stopping this harrassment!

Tried to file complaint with Do Not Call. My request was denied because they don`t have any complaint against NCL`s number??????????
What is this, some kind of Catch 22? In order to file a complaint, Do Not Call has to have a complaint already? Thanks guys! Your a great help. You could at lest start with MY complaint.

OK, I did finally register my complaint with DO Not Call, In all farness, I made a mistake trying to file on my first attempt. My bad. I offer my apologies to the folks at Do not call.gov and hope you will get these loose cannons under some restraint as people have enough worry with daily problems, without bloodsuckers like NCL/NCO desturbing what little tranquility people have in their own homes.

Well...I don`t want to speak too soon, but.... it`s beeen spookily quiet on the telephone front ever since I filed my complant against NCO/NCL to Do Not Call.gov . I did get one of those phone rings and no one is there calls and one boiler room East Indian type who said hello a couple of times and then hung up. Guess I should enjoy the peace and quiet of the birds singing while I can. I am sure there are plenty of wackaloons just seaching for phone numbers to sic there insiped recorded message machines on.(Oh-No, this is an election year isn`t it!).
