Blaize pleads guilty in death case

Just in time for another drunk driver case.

He's so stupid. He had a open n shut case and could've won!

Nobody that takes a human life should get off that easy.

Yea but he didn't take a human life on purpose. The old lady was on his side of the road. Her fault for being in the wrong so she kinda got what she asked for if ya ask me

She got killed cause she was on the wrong side of the road at the wrong time. If she would not have been there then he would've made it home and she would've too. He could've beat this case if went to trial. Too many errors on the opposite side

Her job is to also have her lights and flashers on. WHICH SHE DIDN'T! that there puts her at fault. She could have simply bought a car with steering wheel on opposite side and drove with traffic instead of against it..

he was drunk it doesnt matter he made a concious descision to break the law and it took someones life.it wasnt his first dui either maybe he will learn his lesson and he wont drink and drive when he gets out.

Where and how did you get the info that her lights weren't on? Cause I never heard that!

if you are drunk at the time of an accident it is your fault regardless of any other circumstances.in my opinion they should charge anyone that causes a fatality when they are drinking and driving with 1st degree murder.
