Just don't understand why the KSP captain didn't even know Dill was bald at the time of Heather's abduction. He started to say...'there was a time lapse'.........and I said..'Don't even tell me you don't know Dill was bald'. Meeting the worst one in 17 yrs. Never been treated with such disrespect. Robotic and heartless.

Remember someone mentioned in another thread that she confessed to her boyfriend while intoxicated. Things are starting to make sense now. Could this be where the rumor came from about a party where someone claimed they knew what happened while intoxicated.

He was always pretty much well-kept. But, in those circumstances, I'm sure he would have been frazzled. It could have been bushy on that day.

You did describe him earlier in this thread as having long bushy hair that he sometimes pulled back in a ponytail. Some men can have a fairly heavy and noticeable growth of beard in a relatively short period of time. But then there's also the conflicting description that Heather's assailant quite possibly could have been wearing a mosquito head-net.

Walthall described the man that took Heather as having a bushy beard and dark, bushy hair. RB didn't have dark hair or a bushy beard. The mosquito netting didn't come into play at all until I found out Dill was clean shaven when he got work release at Webster County Jail, July 95. And how could distinct facial features be given anyway thru a mosquito netting?

Maybe Dill was set up.Thats why his bronco was borrowed.Maybe from a distance that person resembled Dill.Long hair and bushy beard. You got a witness saying it was him.He was probably shown Dill's license photo and pointed him out.Maybe thats why the sketch is from his license. When in actuality he seen someone who looked alot like Dill before he was bald.Im sure his uncle told him about the witness and the video before his death. His truck was taped at the scene.he had no way out.Someone wanted him to go down for it.But who could resemble Dill from afar? RB could. Was he known for going shirtless?Did the witness say the person was wearing cutoff shorts?Remembered you posted he showed up at the beach that day.How did he act?Was he called or showed up randomly?Someone doesnt just tell you It'll all be over for $30,000 for nothing.Thats creepy.

And how could distinct facial features be given anyway thru a mosquito netting? Personally, I have trouble understanding how the eye witness was able to make out much of anything in the way of distinct facial features even without a head net. We're talking about, in his own words, watching first through binoculars, then switching to a more powerful telescope, a traumatic event happening at a distance of, approximately a mile away. All this with first Heather's abductor, and then shortly after Heather, both pretty much in constant motion for a grand total less than half a minute. Then throw in a massive adrenaline rush of panic when the witness finally realized that what he was watching was a forcable abduction of a young woman by a man holding a gun going down. None of this is to imply the witness was intentionally lying but very possibly mistaken about some of the details due to the "heat of the moment". Eye witness reports are not fallible. Many crime suspects have been picked out of police line-ups, convicted, and sent to prison on eye witness testimony only to be found innocent and released years later through DNA analysis.

Lonnie wrote: <quoted text>I agree! But, regardless if the eye witness's description was totally spot-on accurate or not, without the witness no one would have any idea whether Heather left all by herself of her own accord, or willingly with another person or person's, or by force with one or possibly more people. No one would know if they were male, female, or both, nor about what time she disappeared from the beach. After all, she was an adult at the time of her disappearance and adults are not usually considered as missing persons for a certain amount of time unless there is good reason to suspect foul play or the possibility that she might have drowned while swimming in the river.

If the Bronco had not been filmed on the beach, Dill would not have been the only suspect and killed.

you are right, try_this...keeping the faith, makes all the difference. even tho i don't believe dill did this at all; there must be a reason why they won't allow a search. points to somebody else being involved. probably why tracy pled the fifth also.

Do you think Tracy was involved in some way and that's why pled the fifth or do you think she is just too scared to talk? Your opinion!

reality: Matthew 10:26
Jaycee Dugard was found alive after 18 yrs. And she was found on Heather's 14 yr anniversary. Why do people like you even take the time to write here? What would YOU do if your child was not just missing, but you were told story after story for 17 yrs.? Would you move on? Walk a mile.......No........stand for ONE second and see how your heart would literally break not only not knowing where your child is but KNOWING what you know........the lies and stories are horrible.
