They had 10-15 officers there in 7 minutes, plus another 30-45 S.E.R.T. team members from the prison there in 40 minutes. He was long gone before the cops got there. Damn mexicans can swim the rio grande, they sure as hell can swim the south platte!

Ne, is not so dumb
