I can't believe that they let this fool out to live as a transient with no address for the police to check on him. He raped a child and now lives in the brush. WTF!
I blame the judicial system for this. What is it going to take? For him to rape another child?

They most likely will do the 290 check at the post office when he pick's up either his disability check or SSI check, courtesy of the tax payer.
