We now get employees parking in front of our homes, blocking mail boxes and trash day pick up. Not to mention cigarette butts all over the street. What was once a quiet neighborhood has changed to a business and people are now selling or walking away from their homes. Thanks so much.

Sounds like a pain in the ass for the neighbors! How many times per week do you figure the cops will be called there? Can't wait to see the parking nightmares! Nice idea, maybe. But a bad location.
TJenkins Hemet, CA	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #4 Mar 6, 2012 Judged: 1 [Exactly...all this money supposedly came from "donations"...they could have purchased several facilities already primed for the medical necessities they require...but instead they purchase a residential home and pour almost a million dollars into it to make it suitable? Unreal and a waste of donation dollars. Not to mention the fact that they purchased this home for 550,000....when no one else on the street can even sell their homes for even a third of that price. Very fishy.
