this mhp desciminates against you! my opion ! better not be fat,gay and you better have a credit score of 700. they also like to sell park owned homes and will hold paper but, will do it no matter what your credit is as long as you buy there home.what a bunch of crap! so if your smart dont buy there. i know people who live in that park and have nothing but problems with management. oh and yeh they pay there rent on time but you better get a signature on your paperwork or if they dont like you they will throw your check in the trash and say you never paid rent and you get a late charge. the maintience people are related and one has a felony record.you cant get into that park if you are a felon.one of them have tatoos all over his body and looks like a criminal, he looks scary to.the management company over that park should get a grip and get new managers or re-train the one/asst. mang. over! or better yet maybe the owner needs to check it out unless he/her wants to take a chance of being sued! its only a matter of time.

yes santa rosa park is not a good park to buy or live in, but this is only my view point from what i can see and know.the park is not clean or well kept up.there are better parks in the area.other parks also have cheaper space rent. i drove through that park and theie are alot of vacant homes. you gotta ask yourself why? is it the people who live there (MAYBE LOWER CLASS),bad management(LOW CLASS),or bad management company who runs the park.

dayreekee, I'm sure you know each and every drug dealer in the area. The truth is that 4 people out of thousands, isn't that bad. Where-ever a substance is banned for what-ever reason, there will be people trying to make a profit on it. Now, if you have actual proof of criminal activity why haven't you taken it to management, or the police. Perhaps, you just don't want your dealer arrested?

But it isn't a good park. I have gone to the management with complaints and they haven't done anything about them and this has gone on for a couple of years. I'm still having the same problems. I'm not talking about drug dealers, I'm talking about making others follow park rules and they don't even seem to care. I use to manage a mobile home park and I know that they can do something about my complaints. That is why I say don't buy in this park!! The management doesn't care about you!!
