all departments are open illegal narcotics providers, its simply how the frauds attempt to rig and produce crimes that otherwise would never occur, Entrapment occurs when a police or government officer tries to trick an innocent person , minor , etc into committing a crime. Most entrapments, etc, and now everyone exposes law frauds all the time. Example, dirt water pig fraud attempts to openly provide minors with illegal drugs in hopes to fraud boost rigged convictions, then falls flat on its face in failed illegal rigged entrapps. Michael Wolfe is alleged to have told acquaintances that he will be murdered by David Schettine shortly before he was found burned to death across the North Dakota border, not far form Sidney. Other numerous witnesses have been harassed and falsely arrested after it was found that they had given information to the Montana criminal investigation bureau and the FBI. Then why do we give foreign aid to Mexico....if illegals drugs are coming over the border from Canada?

To Mexico they give money for drug intervention, used military products, farm aid, social aid, direct money to be used as they want, and the list goes on and on, U.S. spends so much time hiding what it gives as foreign aid. Why not be just plain straight forward and list each item to get a total instead of trying to lie w can root out what gave Mexico in 2007 over 60 million dollars.
