Um, why was the Dad there? You would think the teens would have come alone to meet the dealer, no? Maybe Dad was payin'?

Yeah,..... pot doesn't effect your intelligence. Of course, if you're already dumb in the first place, maybe it's best not to risk it.

I'm guessing them to be about 14 or 15, and I'm guessing they asked Dad for a ride. The kids were probably already shaking in their boots when Dad decided to go into the store with them instead of dropping them off. Then the 'dealer' calls three times while they're in the store, making them even more nervous, and then the dealer turns out to be a cop! LMAO I must say, the police handled this with humor and common sense.

It was a simple fix wrote: The brain power of a pot head is amazing. And this is your future if all the make pot legal initiatives pass. I think you need to inform yourself a little better about the issue. No one is trying to make marijuana legal for minors. The proposed legislation that I have read includes making it more difficult for juveniles to get it by regulating it like alcohol. See, dealers don't card and they don't care; licensed retailers do. Right now it's easier for a kid to get $20 worth of pot than to get a case of beer (well, not in Helena, lol) for that very fact. I for one am a proponent of more rational marijuana laws and I am also serious about keeping it out of the hands of kids. Once an adult, deciding whether or not to use marijuana should be left up to the iindividual, the same as the decision of whether or not to drink alcohol is.
