sure, you could always get a county attorney involved into their business practices and let the attorney know that your concerned if something illegal is involved as to why their holding up on the title or contact one of those investigative reporters that do troubleshooting for consumers

It is possible that mina had a lien against the car and until they pay the lien they cannot get a clear title to transfer to you.
Ask mina, in writing, why you don't have the title. Hard carry the letter to mina, if they don't give you a reasonable explanation and tell you when you will receive the title take your bill of sale, with the VIN number to a local DMV office , tell them your problem and ask them to run a check on current registration and title. As a last resort you can contact the GA Attorney General office with your problem and ask them to check the validity of themina to make the sale. |
