Duane said "now this town can get back to normal"... where idiots were running 60 MPH on 30th St. and red lights are for the people who were afraid to shop in Heath for fear of the "normal" people. If the "normal" people would mind the speed limit signs and the color of the traffic lights they'd not be getting tickets in the mail or any other way. Boo Hoo, they'd have to ACT like law abiding citizens.
