Funny, I see it another way. Guy in dark pick-up is harressed on the freeway, gets followed to the gas station by a maniac, gets out of his vehicle with an object to defend himself, and is struck first.

Shouldn't the guy and his step-daughter(the occupants of the black truck) be charged with falsifying information to the authorities? If I'm not mistaken, the step-daughter was even on the news saying that the guy in white truck came at them with the tire iron. How great that it was caught on tape!!

If he was so "scared" about the "maniac", he should have stayed in his truck and kept on going! They BOTH should have kept on going. If you're scared of someone, you don't follow them someplace and get out of your vehicle... and getting out while brandishing a tire iron doesn't suggest to me he was too scared... he was gettin' ready to scrap. If anyone had paid attention they would have seen that the man in the BLUE truck, the step-father, NEVER made a statement to 10tv. He suffers from memory loss, which was reported last week in their interview, so how could he make a statement? Obviously you lack details since you can't tell that's a blue truck. When are you folks in journalism going to start checking sources and facts before you run with a story, and stop putting relatives on the air, they will always be of questionable eyewitness value. The stepdaughter WAS on T.V. making false statements, how can you deny that seeing as how YOU have ALL the details.
