best area of lancaster to live

I don't know who the best veterinarians are but the best source to find out is Dawn at Wagz and Wishes Deli and Bakery on main street in downtown Lancaster. Dawn probably knows the groomers as well.

I enjoy living off of South 200 south of Airport Rd. It's quiet spacious and affordable, yet close enough to town that I commute to work by bicycle. Personally I find Lancaster as a whole too quiet for my tastes.(Just not enough to do here.) For pricier living that's closer to Pineville (Charlotte/Mecklinburg County) look in Indianland, surrounding Hwy. 521 in Lancaster County. Also close by is Waxhaw NC another quiet town that features a lot of antique shops.

If you are a nosey busybody yankee who thinks "it was better up North" then stay the hell out of Waxhaw. We have more than our quota of complaining, whiny Yankees who think they know everything. We are trying to find a way to legally export them.

My yankee neighbors from Long Island are the most irritating, whiney, complaining, ornery, stupid a-holes in the whole world. Their accents grate on my nerves. They always want to borrow (steal) something which they won't return unless I go over there 3 or 4 times and beg them for it back. Their teenage slut daughter has a reputation as a HO at the private school they pay 20,000 a year for. The old man stays drunk and who could blame him with the bitch he is married to. She tops it all. She has never worked, she says. She spends most days shopping. I don't know where she puts all the crap she buys. They must own a warehouse somewhere. For all the clothes she buys she still looks like a trailer park hussy. She always has a cigarette dangling out of her mouth. She brags constantly about her plastic surgeon in Manhattan that has taken ten years of age off of her face.(She must have looked 100 before he got hold of her in my opinion)

We should start a cotton plantation like in the old slavery days and make slaves out of these yankees. If so I want to be the cruel overseer so I can whip their sorry asses for not working.

I am a yankee and very hurt to be classified with all obnoxious northerners. I am a true yankee born in Boston, I am never knowingly rude, I do nt borrow my neighbors things and I try to be polite and friendly to all I meet. For the most part I have met a lot of lovely people here, I am retired but worked my whole life to earn a living and so have most of the people I know from up North. Please do not paint us all with the same brush. You may just find a northerner doing you a good turn one day. Thanks, Peggy

I am from New Jersey and I resent the way you talk about peeps from the north. We are not all hoes and old women who have plastic surgery. We are sophisticated, young and talented. We are also diverse culturally unlike the Jetros and Jethrenes here in the south.
