Wow! Every time this kind of stuff happens everyone is surprised. Why? It's happened when we were kids and is still happening now. I agree that teacher and staff should be engaged at all times with students. Zero tolerance is great but it needs to be enforced, and the consequences need to be harsh on the bullies and there parents. With fines and expulsion to the students involved. Just like a work place bullying and sexual harassment is addressed with harsh consequences. I hope these bullies live with this guilt for the rest of their life, and I hope that in some weird way some good will come out of this tragedy. May God have mercy on Jeremiah, and may God give strength to his family and friends.
