Cost for Illegals will reach half trillion dollars to tax payers

SAN DIEGO -- Future costs for illegal immigrants in the United States will reach a half a trillion dollars, a Heritage Foundation researcher said Wednesday at congressional hearing in San Diego.
The influx of illegal immigrants has effectively "imported about 10 million high school dropouts into the United States," said Robert Rector, a senior research fellow in welfare and family issues for the Washington, D.C.-based think tank.
The National Academy of Sciences estimated that each immigrant will result in a $100,000 net annual cost to taxpayers.
"This Senate bill will become the largest expansion of the welfare system in 30 years and it's the wrong thing to do," he said.

The issues with illegal immigrants and Anerican immigrants is that our goverment dose not tax them enough to where it should fray the cost.
It cost us as much , all most every day to fight the wars over in the holy lands.

While nobody has an exact cost estimate for removing all the garbage, it's clearly not cheap. But McFarlin agrees with several advocacy groups that without a tightening of controls on illegal immigration, a guest-worker program or other reform of federal border policy, the trash will just keep coming regardless of what's spent.
The financial details:
¡ñ In 2002, the U.S. estimated that removing all litter from lands just in Southeast Arizona ¡ª east of the Tohono Reservation ¡ª would cost about $4.5 million over five years. This count didn't include such trash hotbeds as Ironwood Forest National Monument, the Altar Valley, Organ Pipe and Cabeza Prieta.
¡ñ Since then, Congress appropriated about $3.4 million for a wide range of environmental remediation measures in all of Southern Arizona. This includes repairing roads, building fences and removing abandoned cars.
¡ñ The five-year tab is $62.9 million for all forms of environmental remediation for immigration-related damage across Southeast Arizona, including $23 million for the first year.
Waste unhealthy, unsightly
Most of the garbage is left at areas where entrants wait to be picked up by smugglers. The accumulation of disintegrating toilet paper, human feces and rotting food is a health and safety issue for residents of these areas and visitors to public lands, a new BLM report says.

when you throw marbales on the ground they go in all different directions.
and when you use the white marbale to hit one out of the way then you have the marbales scatter more.
I agree , the people that come in to our country should be tax more and I think , they shuold learn english so when they are working in our factories they know what to do.
But on the other hand they are humans like ourselves and they need the same things as we need.

This is the most Racial biased site I've ever seen. This is an outrage! If an American set up a site called "wehatemexicans/puertoric ans.com" we would be considered a hate group (ie: KKK, Skinhead, ETC...). What's wrong with this country is the fact that our own government sucks up to these other non-American hate groups, and doesn't stick up for the American citizen! How much further do we have to bend over backwards for these people? During my stay in San Diego, a few years ago, I noticed there are warning signs, on the expressway, telling drivers to slow down and watch for people crossing. I think that is rediculas that we, as American citizens, have to change our lives to suit immigrants needs. When our forefathers/ancestors came here, they had to do everything on thier own. They didn't get "handouts" from the government, or have to slow their horses down in certain areas because illegal immigrants were crossing that particular road. If things keep going the way they are, and our government doesn't stop treating the American citizen like 2nd class people, there is going to be another civil war in our country. I fought for the freedom of others, and I think it's terrible that Immigrants from other countries are treated better than the American citizen.

Like I said before, I only post or read what is amusing to me. These forums are a great outlet to voice an opinion of whatever is bothering someone at that particular time. I think that ADDY is in need of some spiritual counseling.

Usually the people who use phrases like "spiritual counseling" need it the most. If you really believe someone is in need of spiritual counseling, then you should minister to them instead of posting on these forums. Go to Church and pray for their salvation. Your right that other countrys citizens love America we do to and I am proud to have legal immagrants come and share it with me and enjoy all the blessing it gives.
