this bbq sauce was manufactured in des arc for years but i haven't seen any in years . does anyone know anything about this sauce?

r u talking about Craigs bbq sauce? if so the sell it at Craigs in DeValls Bluff now.

Yes there was a Parks bbq sauce. It was made by a man who died maybe 25-30 years ago his name was Jess Parks. He had three daughters, don't know if any are still living, but know that none of them are living in Des Arc. He had a cafe in town for a few years, then just made and sold the sauce. I guess the recipe died with him.

I have an old bottle from Parks BBQ. It is in fair condition and has part of the recipe visible on the back. It was found in the woods in eastern Arkansas by a local logger...

HEY julieg4, THANKS FOR TAKING TIME TO RESPOND I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE INGREDIENTS THAT ARE ON TE BOTTLE AND MAYBE I CAN PUT TOGETHER THE PUZZLE IF I CAN GET ALL THE PIECES. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF ANY OF JESS PARKS SISTERS MIGHT HAVE THE ORIGINAL RECIPE IT WOULDE BE A SHAME IF THIS SAUCE IS LOST FOREVER THANKS AGAIN HAROLD
