I am to upset to talk about the ------- men in blue in warren. They are out of control and I am soooo tired of hearing they are cops we have to take it. Parents dont make my mistake and tell your children all the good things cops are suppose to be, they would have a better response with a act of help from a total stranger. They are not my GOD and I am setting the record straight with my 4 grown kids, I no longer believe what my parents taught me, those men in blue no longer exist!

My daughter was in an altercation with a boy she was trying to break up a fight by pushing her friend and the assailant apart. He sucker punched her 3 to 4 times, bloodied her nose, gave her a black eye and threw her to the ground and she has a lump on her head. The WPD say because she pushed this boy pretty much oh well. If the kid would of beat her to death WPD's reply would of been oh well because she pushed him. I have been in this city for over 20 years and this is not and will never be a safe and clean city. Im not giving up I could see if the boy just hit her once but it was more than once, grabbed her by the neck and threw her to the ground be careful in Warren dont push someone the may beat the shit out of you or kill you and oh well you started it.

This is so sad, there are some really great officers out there but theres more bad than good, and why cant they be drug tested? I am totally discusted with warren police department, even the jail in Macomb county inmates are still getting peanut butter and jelly.I know the policemen are not Gods and what they say means nothing to me. They should all have to submit to grug testing and Psychological testing twice a year. I am sure not a cop out there reads this because they dont really care what the citizens think.

I sympathize with you (YourGoddess)My son just had a run in with the Warren Police too. He has never been arrested before. He was not getting in the police car fast enough, apparently. He just had surgery on his mouth (stitches and all)and the warren police officer slammed his face on the car and ripped open some stitches!There is no excuse for this type of police brutality! The public should not tolerate this!

Give the police cameras to look in peoples homes, tracking implants on criminals,and unlimited interrogation abilities. Then you'll see crime drop. Take away restraints on search and seizure like search warrants and probable cause. Every police car should be equipped with the ability to stall any car an officer wants to stop. Start police cadet programs in public schools so children can report on what goes on in their homes and neighborhoods. The only people who would have reason to angst about these police powers are criminals, honest people dont care. Cops should be intimidating and frightening to the average citizen, as fear breads conscience. If they used their night sticks more often conspirators would be more likely to give up criminals. So as far as Im concerned the cops around here are too polite and soft.

I had one previous incident with Warren police in which my boyfriend and I were pulled over. The two officers at that time were polite and just in doing there job. My boyfriend got in minor trouble with them and payed his dues. However, a few weeks later, one EXTREMELY rude FEMALE officer showed up at our house making outrageous accusations while belittling us. She was condescending and on a major power trip, a very poor representative for the city of warren. Not only did she lie, she proceeded to call us the liars without even hearing a word said. She had a prejudice against my boyfriend; she came to his house with an intent to find a problem, make one up if need be- this was obvious. Without reading him his rights, or telling him he was under arrest, she had him in the back of her cop car by 8:30 on a Sunday morning. She ended up arresting him over a MISDEMEANOR in which later that morning the booking officer admitted that my boyfriend should have never been arrested. If I thought it would actually do something, I would file a complaint against her, her misconduct, and her placing my boyfriend under what seems like false arrest, but after what I have seen of the city of Warren, it would only bring more problems and more harrassment. It is very sad that those who are supposed to be there to protect and serve us are only protecting and serving their wallets and not seeing us as citizens but as dollar signs!

I kept trying to ask him questions but he kept ignoring me and walking away like he didn't even want to hear what I had to say. I was actually on my way to school, and was late because of him. Ironic though, that I was on my way to my criminal justice class. I too, feel sorry for those driving through the city.

I can tell you - he will take the complaine seriously and he is the Man I will trust.
He is the guy, where you need to talk - Chief Dwyer at Warren Police Department. He will shake this station - Warren need shake up.

Warren police have continuously harassed myhusband whom also is a deputy of Wayne county... And absolutely rite when the home wreaking whore said wpd do cheat on there wives.. LIMELITE on vandyke is the location.. ask bartenders and waitresses.. they are there nightly.. I have family in warren pd also.. never marry a officer.. faithful is not a word in there vocabulary.. its mainly other female officer's that are disregarding the marriage vows that there fellow male officers took with there wives.. that's why officers have high divorce rate... Good luck to fellow wives.. hope yours is better than mine..

I just recently had an encounter with a Warren police officer as well. He was the first rude office I've ever met. He had an attitude right off the bat and when I asked him a question,(before he ever said he was writing me a ticket), he said, "that did it ma'am, I'm writing you a ticket!" And because I asked him a question he said if I didn't have such an attitude he wouldn't have given me the ticket. Aren't they suppose to issue a ticket for the issue at hand and not because they get ticked off or are having a bad day? He was such a poor example for my son who was in the car with me..and to think that my son wanted to be an officer at one time. My son is my witness when I go fight this. Oh, and the cop lied about what my ticket was for.
