all i would like to say is im the good samaritan who picked the family up that morning and my heart goes out to them and when i discovered that a person i no was behind this i was shocked i've been knowing herb for years he was good friends with my kids dad

I have been knowing Herb for over 10 years, and we are very close friends. A part of me believes that he is innocent, but there is also a part of me the questions it....he is nice...VERY NICE, but then again, we're in a recession. This isnt the first time that I heard something.

All I gotta say is this dude is innocent! The way he carries himself, his demeanor, his character doesnt even suggest a small amount that he 's guilty. To be honest, im not worried about him doin no time because for one, it probably isnt enough proof to convict him and for two, GOD wont let that man take the fall for such a crime, murder and kidnapping aint even Herb style. To the family who lost someonr in this situation, my condolences go out to yall but you are upset at the wrong person this time......blessings to all whos caught up in this whole mess....FREE HERB!!

You are talking about gilt or innocent does any one know where he was that day or night or is this just speculation? Did he do it or is he innocent? There will be a trial but a lot of innocent men are in jail? So ladies stop fussing and give evidence either yes or no and everyone either love or hate him but what about the truth? This man is on trial for his freedom what you think about him does not matter!
