Detroit Police do lie alot, no matter what race or sex you are, they have to look like they are working so they say anything to charge anyone even if they are off duty and in another city. Detroit is like a child with no parents all the officials and authorities are acting like no one is watching them no parent around. Weither Herbert is innocent or guilty cops still lie. They also sleep with hookers, my sister is a high class call girl several of her Johns are Detroit cops.
