Bob Foley is the best cop

I will never forget what Bob Foley did for us one night. Me and my husband was watching a movie one night " The exorcist " and it was around 9oclock and we heard an awful loud noise, my husband looked at me and I looked at him, we both said what in the world was that! He peeked out the curtains and didn't see anything, so we called the PD and Bob come out less than 15 minutes of my call, we had never in our life been so happy to see anyone... Bob knocked on the door and I went to the door and told him what we heard and where the noise come from and Bob went to the side of the garage and the the old oak tree and what we found out is that a big tree branch had fell and knocked down 13 hubcaps my husband had stacked by the garage.....lol...... Shewww!!! What a relief!! But that meant so much to me and my husband.... He's a fine man.... All my husband would say after Bob left was now that's a good cop there...he's a kind of cop we need, the force needs more like him...lol... Bob you're our hero!!

Why I ask sometime back I watched a biography on you if its really you and it said you had access to computers and mail, and that you sent mail to people or something like that. If this is really you Charles why are you on hazard topix?? I'm just curious, I mean its cool and all, I was just curious. I'd say the city cop or the county cop thats parks up at walkertown school and playing hide the nightstick every night they both work just walk by there just after dark, the city cop was done waiting on the county cop tonight about 8:45

well son, im charles manson. I mean i rely dont know why but they give me tv, internet, and i can get on a computer from time to time. See i lived on the knott county / harlan county line in a bar man. I visited hazard a few times with my mother because she was a stripper and she came there alot. So i saw topics on the internet, and i decided to go back to the hindman forum or watever . Some how i seen best cops in here and i clicked on it. And here i am.

I have a reason for thinking their scum too. For one they walk around and act big with their pistols and cuffs, my girlfriend asked me why don't I try to become a cop, I told her I don't want to be a prick, she said their all not pricks, she said I dated a very nice cop once, I said go back and get him then, I don't want to be a cop, and I'm not going to be, she said its perfectly understandable if you're scared. I told her I'm not scared, I'm just happy being a janitor at school. She said ok, don't get mad, we broke up and have been for over 6 months. Let her go get a cop if she wants them, I don't care.

Thomas Hopkins is a really good cop at Hazard too.

I say Elmer Fugate, he so sleepy you can't touch him

Todd Ferguson is a pretty good cop, he has worked at the Hazard Police Department for the last couple of years, and does better than anyone there.

What about Dan Cooper does he still work at H.P.D. I think he is one of there detectives now.
