I can remember when I was in the fifth grade, a man came to school and gave all the children a small Gideon Bible. KJV.
If he were to try to do that today, he'd be jailed.
We also had a female Christian teacher who would come regularly and teach Bible stories at the school during class time!
I surmise she would be jailed also.

We started each school day reciting THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND THE LORD'S PRAYER.
Each person will answer for their own deeds when we stand before THE GREAT I AM. I will be held accountable for my deeds as each other individual will be responsible for THEIR DEEDS.
To the person whose Bible was stolen, maybe that person needed the Bible more than you. They must have if they had to steal it. Who knows? Maybe they read it!
It the person who took your Bible were to come to you today and return it and apologize for taking it, would you be happy?
Would you read that little book?
Personally I tried to read my Bible but it was a complex little book which was way over a fifth graders head, but still I repeatedly tried and I would like to think that little Gideon Bible planted a seed that only God could make grow.
Stuffing religion down a person's throat does not change them but the bottom line of the Bible is LOVE and that my friend, changes everything!
