Arraignment today for stabbing suspect involved in HB standoff

Ok time out hi ma hello aunt sandi most people who know me out there know what im about. first off this is all a mess time to tell the truth! no he said, she said, i heard from her, told me crap any more lets start off with im not calling aaden, aaden im calling him the name ive called him since i was born and could speak michael/mike im 30 years old silverfox is my mother im putting my name as i was giving cause im not hiding behind this fake name stuff you have a problem here i am! mike is like my brother why does every body like to kick people when there down or when in a place they cannot stick up for them selfs? does it make ones self fill in power over some one? well its time to meet me pick on me ive been in and out of trouble county jail and prison my hole life im not a bad person im gready. THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE why did the guy he stab run into the kitchen of a 3rd story home with no windows or way out of the house? maybe to get a knife or some sharp object its what us prison boys do! he should of ran out the door. it was wide open crystal ran out maybe before everyone talks they should come to court and listen its free dont cost no money to get in and you learn allot from the police reports and lawyers talking. its sad it happen he called crystal from my house again little after she said she was going to sleep we again heard the call out loud cause of speaker phone tommy answered while crystal was in the other room and told mike he was sleeping with her and if he had a problem to come over and he was gonna kick mikes ass! god as my witness we heard the phone calls mike got upset and told tommy to leave he was coming to talk to crystal to see if it where true. mike left my house and i called crystal from my phone and asked what was going on i told her mike was on his way and she said her and tommy where just friends. mike climbed up the fire escape to look threw the window when he caught them in bed together and guess he lost it just like most people would do, man or female dont lie to your selfs! they fought in the house then some one was stab.

why did tommy run in the kitchen where there was no way out? he should of ran out the house it was sad tommy and mike where both good guys so thats that. And it came out in the paper he hand no job ? he had 2 part time jobs one for vessel assist san pedro that i got him the other a truck driving job. mike has a good heart and bends over back words for every body you people talking bad about him dont even know him there you go judging a book with out the cover and blind folded whats wrong with you people? aunt marilyn you said your ashamed of mike hes nothing like your brother and your father he should be ashamed of you for letting your self go and looking like a beached whale hows it fill to make some one look bad not good does it and me and mike dont do drugs never have never will how about your husband? you guys still doing some blow here and there? does he still sneak off and rack him self up a couple lines? dam the truth hurts! mike has never been in trouble in his life he went to the navy and served our country he was taught to fight taught how to kill and his mind messed with for our governments pleasure whats your story up in your million dollar neck of the woods? must have no life to sit around and pick on his!.... and is far as my aunt Sandi she still works hard has a beautiful home and is a great person she treats me and my kids like a mom and a grandmother guess you have not seen here in a wile shes looking good for her age maybe the families should get together and put on some boxing gloves you and her go a couple rounds ill bet your million dollar house when shes done with you you'll be on the street begging for change at the end or a freeway ramp sorry your guys house of horrors didnt work out and you greedy people where not able to get it and sale it shame on you and everyone else for not keeping to them selfs this world would be a better place and for me im going to go enjoy the rest of my day i love my life its not perfect or will it ever be half the time its a mess and i just dont care just gonna have fun with what i have to work with and hang out with mike as much as i can we have a great time together and will till we die fill free to get your butt off the couch and come dig up his back yard it can use some cleaning up! Sandi has fed you a line of crap and you aren't paying attention. I never said I wanted my Dad's house. I said I am pissed at the way she and Mike went about it. It was sneaky and damn trashy. Sandi knows exactly what happened and is feeding a line of bullshit to her family on how she got the house. My Mother,(Mike Grandmother) knew how Sandi was and refused to allow us to tell her Mom was dying. Mom was absolutely right about Sandi AND Mike.

Tell Mike that no one stole his Dad's ashes.
As the survivor Sandi who had power of attorney was supposed to have Dave buried or cremated. We called and this is what we were told. She instead let Dave sit for 30 days until the State took care of him. Dave died with 60 thousand dollars in his possession. Did she not respect her son enough to take care of his Father's remains? We bought the ashes because Sandi wouldn't even return calls. We were afraid they would be thrown out. No one stole a thing. Sandi probably didn't buy Dave's ashes because it cost $500 and she didn't want to spend a dime on him, not even for her son.
If Mike wants to be part of the memorial he can call.
As for the rest of what you say....Sandi has told you a bunch of bullshit. I am not fat, I am not greedy (did I ask for my Dad's house? NO)My hubby isn't on drugs...ARE YOU SERIOUS? I have a job, and mentioning the cost of my house was to illustrate WHY I don't need my Dad's house. The only thing I have asked for is my Dad's ashes and to look for John. If they want my sledgehammer abilities...I am available. My opinions were helped along by SANDI who was upset at her son's treatment of her, and his daughter. Talk to Sandi about what she said to me if it bothers you so much.
The last time anyone saw Sandi, SHE is fat. Grandma's are supposed to be round. Get off of the petty bullshit and talk about something that is true and that matters.
Also...I haven't trashed Mike Kaveney and I do know certain things about their past. Do you really want to make shit up about my husband? I have only talked about facts. Try it..you might sound like you have half of a brain.

Tony...one more thing....We spoke to the judge on Mike's behalf. Mike did not get more time in jail because there was enough time served for the crime already, NOT because he was innocent.
He is on probation because the Judge wants to stop him NOW, while he is young enough to turn his life around.
Mike and Sandi both need to tell the truth.

Wow...it just hit me last night....Tony and his brother are the very children I told Sandi to keep my Dad away from, the very same children I told her to warn their Mother.

My only question to you or your Mom is, if Sandi is such a good friend, why didn't she give your Mom the choice on how to protect her own children? Why didn't Sandi tell your Mom about my Dad? Dad preyed on any child who was a friend of his kids or grand kids. Dad used his kids and grand kids as bait. Some kids he didn't even try to get on his good side, he just threw them down on the ground.

After reading most of this Crap, I think the VICTIMS of this crime should file a big lawsuit against this Man" And recover for the pain and suffering as well all the emotional distress and other.

And after its all said and done"" all he gets for punishment? What equity is there in this sentence? Five months in county jail, counseling, formal probation? After all this man did, from an attempted murder, barricading as to a standoff, SWAT action, the dropping of a previous charge? This can't be real.

Just goes to show what a joke our court system has become. A mockery and embarrassment to the rest of the world. I thought we lived in a civilized society where actions such as this demanded due punishment by the courts.

The judge that handed down this sentence is truly a moron and showed their lack of respect to all law abiding TAX PAYING citizens.

I wonder how much money exchanged hands on this matter? I hope the judge rots in Hades.

Big John,Just to let you know you don't know his Mother or him! Your not the judge or the jury. And thats your opinion on someone that you don't even know. He is also a thirty-one year old man. His mother did her best and has no owership in what happened that night.Try writing to your congress about your issues with our court system and not the internet.

I was in Manhattan Beach that night trying to drive home. The streets were blocked off, large crowd of lookers being cleared by HPD. Aaden had his meltdown in public. This is a public chat. When you make an ass out of yourself in public, there is going to be public judgment.
I look at all of the comments here. He wrecked someone else's apartment building, someone innocent besides the ex (the owners of the building) He threw things down on to three parked cars, and caused that part of town to shut down. He was at it for hours. Two neighbors wrote to this article.
There is the side that says stupidly, mind your own business and is name calling. Your side opens your mouth and removes all doubt about who you peeps really ARE. To top it ALL off, Aaden's friend writes in and is subtly threatening the aunt for anyone to look at. He can't write, print or spell or work a computer. Can he breathe on his own? Another bully.
Then people that DID see what happened and the Aunt that does not want to coddle Aaden, but have him straighten out make strong points that your side can't refute. Are you third grader's? Mind your own business, you don't know him is a joke that no one is laughing at.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see who is believable and who isn't.
As far as the aunt goes, NO ONE writes that stuff down for all to see and check on if that isn't truth.
The mother has no morals what so ever. IF I had a friend who knew that family was a child molester with access to MY kid, and didn't say anything to me...I would sue her for everything she has if my kid was touched or if that pig even looked at him. You are right about the fact that anyone can check on what I've said and it IS the truth. My goal has always been to protect kids. Embarrassment has NO place here.
My belief is that IF you have a certain knowledge about this kind of activity and do NOTHING...it is the same as taking a child by the hand and dropping him in to the waiting arms of the molester. INEXCUSABLE. You are right in that maintaining SILENCE when you have knowledge IS criminal. Actually punishable by law. If those two brothers never had any contact out of the presence of their mother Silver Fox, then they were safe. However if he took them ANY WHERE, or was alone with them for ANY length of time, they were targets wether Mike was present or not. If they visited Mike when he lived in his Grandfather's house, they were subjected to child porn and were being "prepared."
My Father being the sick man he was, saw no wrong at ALL in molesting boys. I was thankful that he told me the truth and in great disgusting and heartbreaking detail. Although I could not get that activity stopped through the police, in the form of a conviction, He was very afraid after that. This only slowed his activity, it did not stop. There is NO cure for child molesting. NOT ONE except death. I was subjected to the many friends of my Father that came from Atascadero State Hospital. Although no one layed a hand on me, I saw more than any child should, but I saw clearly what is right and what is wrong.
I do take exception to your message wondering if Tony can breathe on his own. Many people cannot spell correctly, some cannot write at all. This has nothing to do with intelligence.
