I always meet my doctor at Starbucks - people get a little upset when they see my naked fat assss. This guy is nothing more than a drug dealer. His actions make it harder for people who need and use the drugs properly to get them or they get cut off because they have been taking them too long. These idiots have good docs running scared b/c the FDA (as if they ever do anything hard) will come gunning for them.

Go anywhere from Miami to West Palm and 97% of the pain clinics are the SAME WAY.
As long as you have the office visit fee , 97% of these pain clinic doctors will write for large amounts of strong nartcotics. there are very few " CARING DOCTORS" that work at these pain centers, especially if they own and operate. They did not start the business to help people they want the huge money addicts will pay for a Dr. that will write for large amounts, even though the doctors know they go right out the door and sell them for street value. I knoew this because i use to work part time for a Pain clinic and i quit becasue i felt like i was contributing to feeding addicts there drugs. It is pathtic what these doctors will write and the amounts for someone with a headache. I do not know how these doctors take a oath and then operate these clinics with no concern for the pt's. they are no better then any drug dealer in the streets. |

This doctor is just like all the other drug dealing pain management doctors. They sold their souls for the almighty dollar and they make millions of them. 99% percent of the patients all pay cash! Half these pain clinics dispense Oxycodone right from their offices. Again patients paying cash. They make millions of dollars with no regard for the people they prescribe these drugs to. Any legit Doctor with morals would never prescribe the obscene amount of Oxycodone, Xanax and soma every 28 day cycle these clinic doctors do. The amount they prescibe would kill a horse. Ever see the people waiting in line outside one of these clinics, it looks like a frigging Methadone clinic. Half these addicts arent even from Florida! These Ma and Pa Pharmacies are just as guilty. They are also making millions of dollars peddling death. Florida Pharmacies sell more Oxycodone in a month, then all the rest of the Pharmacies throughout the United States COMBINED!! This needs to be regulated and doctors and pharmacies should be arrest and held accountable for these deaths. These pain clinic doctors are drug dealers with no morals. They can care less about the patients or their families and what they go through. They know they have the patients addicted within the first month. The Drug manufactures have made billions of dollars and have the best attornies money can buy. They dont want this deadly drug regulated. The U.S Goverment needs to grow a set and put their foot down. To all the Law Enforcement be safe and keep fighting the fight!

You people, like Robyn, are complete idiots to lump all the pain management doctors together as drug dealers. The overwhelming majority of them are not pill pushers.
I have a very serious back injury which requires constant medication. After my surgery was unsuccessful my orthopidic surgeon referred me to a pain management physician in Hollywood. He, like many others, would rather not write perscriptions for pills but rather uses the pain patches which have no value on the street. He even requires his patients to take urine tests to be sure they are not using other drugs. There are dishonest, criminal elements in every profession in the world including physicians, judges, cops and plumbers. To lump all these physicians together as criminals is simply untrue and ridiculous. If you ever find yourself in constant pain you might see this situation a little differently. |

Tony is correct. Their are very good pain managment doctors who help people. A-hole like this guy and any number of the clinics that advertise in the New Times make it harder for people who need the meds to get them. So the "victim" was a loser drug addict who prbably would have died on somehting else. It does not excuse this. He also probably wrote multiple prescriptions that could e filled a t different pharmacies.

A doctor in west palm beach got my husband addicted to lortab, the year was 1998.I did everything in my power to stop this pill salesman!!I called the DEA,the sheriff's dept.I told my doctor about him.I called Tallahassee.I called the doctor many times he would never speak to me,so I told his office staff to have the doctor stop prescribing pain killers to my husband who was addicted.I was ignored!!It was the worst time of my life,my kids sufferred,I sufferred!!My husband chose to check himself into Hanley Haselton in WPB for rehab! He had been clean for 9 years. But this doctor is still practicing, not in the same location but on the same road in west palm beach just west of his former location.I hope and pray he looses his license!!!He's hurting innocent people!!

Most of you are right that a lot of the pain management clinics are in it for the money but there are some that do care about there patients i now i am one of them. these doctors that are closing there eyes and writing what ever meds the patient asks for need to be shut down. doctors should not be paid by the number of patients they see. a real doctor will spend time with there patients and see who is there because there in pain and who is there to fill there monthly supply to sell on the street. for people that are not in chronic pain take the time to look up how many people commit suicide because of the pain there in. I know there are some bad doctors that are giving everyone a bad name but people in chronic pain that have had the operations and injections and nothing else works need good doctors that don't have there hands tied by the goverment
