Feds raid Poospatuck smoke shop, arrest manager -

Rodney is a VERY dangerous man! He had my friend (his girlfriend at the time and mother of two of his children)shot in the leg because she tried to leave him and pursue a relationship with another man.
He is a very clever and arrogant. He always carried a gun, and let everyone know that he had the power to make you disappear.
He owns property in another country and plenty of money spread around being laundered through many businesses.
There is no doubt in my mind that he is completely guilty of these charges.

What happened to innocent until proven guilty?

I used to work there! Its still up and running. Morrison was accquited of the most serious charges, but is still being held until the decide his sentence for felony gun possesion and racketering. Rombola is still awiting trial. Philip morris is going after gutlove who supplies peace pipe with their products and telling them they can no longer do business with peace pipe, they continue to get the philip morris product through them illegally though!
If you ask me it doesnt work the way its supposed to, it would be diffirent if the people coming there were just buying for themselves, but there are so many bootleggers who go to these shops from the city where it now costs you upwards of 8bucks a pack, these guys go there get 50 craton or more at 25-30 bucks a carton and then resell them for 50-60 saving the buyer 20 bucks and doubling their money. stop the bootleggers and most of this trouble will go away. If someone wants to buy more than 10 carton a month they should have to file a form with the government to make a purchase over that. simple and done but it puts the shops in charge of policing and they dont want to stop the money from flowing in, that place was grossing 2mil a month.

There is nothing wrong with someone buying a few cartons and selling them to make a few bucks.It cost them to take the time and drive out here,wear and tare on the car,gas,laying out the money finding people who will buy them and then getting their money back a little at a time. At least there not robbing you and telling you its taxes.Dont worry about the guy making a few bucks,worry about the guy thats worried about not making enough tax money.
