A Mexican national in the country illegally and his wife have been charged with 41 counts each of pornography involving juveniles, Acting Grant Parish Sheriff Preston Mosley said. Mosley said the couple, Javier Guevara, 34, and Christina Durham Guevara, 21, were originally arrested at 6 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of juveniles for encouraging an underage couple to engage in sex. A 14-year-old female and a 15-year-old male reportedly were urged to participate in a sex act at the Guevara's residence at 343 La. Highway 524, Pollock, where the couple was arrested, he said. "In continuing the investigation we found out it was a little more complicated than (first thought)," he said. The couple was re-arrested at 9:25 Thursday morning on the pornography charges, he said. Grant Parish deputies found images on a computer indicating the female victim had been video recorded participating in sex acts with adult men, he said. He said there was evidence on a computer indicating the couple had marketed copies of the recordings for sale over the Internet. Guevara has been deported twice previously and has a hold on his release from U.S. Immigration and Naturalization, Mosley said. Christina Guevara previously worked in the phone sex trade before this recent event, he said.

Yes we can deport them , but 12 more will come to replace them . We have to do more about the illegals , what laws are in place now are not working.

The laws WOULD work if we would ENFORCE them. Creating new laws and not enforcing them won't work either.

First i have to say that we can all be forgiven for our sins. No matter what we do GOD still loves us unconditionally. What they were doing was not right but they are my family and i still love them. Everyone makes mistakes while some are worse than others. Its all in gods plans anything that happens is. Anyways they will face their judgement with the good lord one day. Just think of the wrong that you have done before you judge others.

we haven't heard anything either, we have been trying to get in touch with her mom and the number has been disconnected if you see or hear from her mom tell her to call my dads cell number she knows the number.

This is why you should know what your kids are doing, who they are with, and where they are. Most kids who think they can control things lie to people to get what they want out of them. If it was me I would go back and ask the parents if this is so. Coming from a child even if he/she acts mature, they are not. IS anyone listening to this post?

To all of this woman's kinfolk; I cannot fault you for loving your kin, as I would still love mine if they were caught up in something like this, but by the same token, you have to realize this; "just because other people do not show their love toward them doesn't give you the right to condemn them either". I would like for each of you to think about this for a minute, "how would you feel if that were your 14 yo daughter being encourgaged to have sex with a 15 yo boy"? And on top of that, having it recorded and sold over the internet. And from the sounds of it, she didn't need to be talked into it since et appears that she was aware of the entire thing because she had been having sex with "older" men as well and being taped.
