by the time he gets done loading up on czars and councils and americorp and acorn in place - he will have to seize the hays-adams hotel by eminent domain in order to house them all!! so far - all his czars - appointees to cabinets - acorn - americorps - have accomplished nothing except stumbling around in a blacked-out room!!!
