There is an older man named Richard Whitaker in Luling. He has several kids and one of his sons has his name also. This man may be in his lates 50-60's? Not for sure if that is who you need.

Well is daughter was kicked out of montes for having lice. I dont now how they live so i cant say anything about that. i have never seen him hit a women though
