thief not very bright does not know how to repair only knows how to do maitenance change oil

marc williams and M&M marine mobile repair is an unliscensed bussiness with no bussiness licens or maryland tax ID M&M marine does not carry any liability insurance and does not follow epa guidelines wich is a shame being so close to the bay M&M marine have drums of oil uncovered and leaking when it rains oil washes from HIS HOUSE AT 4911 Magnolia Dr. shadyside Maryland right into the bay he schould not be able to continualy operate a unlicensed bussiness at a location zoned residential Mr. Williams scould not be able to use any public services since he does not claim income on state or federal tax for him or bussiness no income tax no tax money for county schools libary roads or state or social security he even qualified for a public deffender in crminal matter being pursued at the annarundel county court house

M & M Marine mobile Repair Service and its owner Marc Williams were incompetent. They missed both their deadline and budget. Did not test their work; Missed appointments; Said “the job was done” on several occasions only to be proven wrong within minutes. Extremely frustrating.

We strongly recommend avoiding this person and his “company” at all cost.
