I see they are washing up everywhere. What grade viscosity are they? Do you think 10W40 would cook them up nice and golden brown?

First start drinking lots and lots of beer.

Next, take one large dead turtle and throw it down hard on concrete to break shell.

Rip shell completely off.

Gut it.

Rinse it thoroughly in commode to get oil off.

Get your charcoal grill ready with ample amount of charcoal.

Rub down good with some cajun seasoning to help kill the taste.

Cook about an hour to hour and a half on each side.

Rip off a leg to be sure it is done.

Sit back, eat all you can and keep drinking until you pass out.

Sleep all night and all the next morning until Jerry Springer comes on.

Watch Jerry Springer.

Then sit down and write me a thank you note here on Topix to thank me for sharing my family recipe.
If I get enough thank yous I will share more secret recipes.

Bon Appetit

That was an excellent recipe Paula. One other thing I discovered that everyone will want to know concerns the feet and claws. After you have a bellyfull of turtle you can squeeze the feet and make the claws extend and use them to pick your teeth. They work like a charm.

Yes you people simply ain't right in the head but if you eat anything from the gulf.
It will probably make you really sick or really will cause your death.
But with these comments we could use the extra room on the planet after your gone.

That would at least put them out of their misery. Their lives are over anyway.

I been thinking of using turtle in my spaghetti instead of beef. The chik-Filet Cows have been urging me to do so. Those Kemp Riddleys look so tender and scrumptous!

It's nice to see that some people can still have a sence of humor despite this horrific OIL SPILL.
