Looks like Cheddar's is building a restaurant on
University Drive. I love that place. I grew up down the street from one in Arlington and the food is incredible and cheap. I talked to the construction guy and he said they open November 23rd. CANT WAIT!!!!

I also grew up in Arlington near Cheddar's, and I am thrilled that Huntsville is finally finding some variety in restaurants, instead of 7 or 8 of the same boring chains. For instance, the Zaxby's next door, as if there weren't enough of those. Now, hopefully Huntsville can get more delicious restaurants, like Chipotle, Texas Land & Cattle, and maybe even a Johnny Carino's.

Hope everyone like Cheddars. I have been a fan since I ate at one in Midland tx...The crew is working hard to get it ready, and after opening you know there is always kinks to work out. So give them a chance ansd give feed back great and not so great ones. I'm know the GM he will do what is necessary ( as all Cheddars do) to make you happy....
