More than 25 parents and students will be attending a City councel meeting Dec. 5, 2006 @7:30 PM at the City Hall in regards to Lake Manor and it's sole owner Alexis Michael. Alexis has 5 other allias names include Sarah Billard, whom all the children and parents know her as. She has also refused to pay the minor workers until they provide this additional information. She is accused of sexual misconduct against several of the boys. She has even gone so far as showing several of the children a picture of an ex-employee and telling them to take her gun out of her desk drawer and shot him it this ex-employee showed up on the property. Attend the City council meeting and hear the rest of the story.

January 25, 2007 I know a contractor who is currently working on this property. He was unaware of the problems when he and his crew began work last week. Today Sarah told him that she did not want him on the property. After looking this property up online, I am concerned for his safety. She then made sexual advances to one of the crew members and took him "out to lunch". Tomorrow is supposed to be pay day for my friend and his crew. Does anyone know what is going on with this? |

What are the other alias names? I found Sarah Billard, Alexis Michael and Alexis Michaels are all related to this property so far.

City of Oconomowoc - The Lake Manor bed-and- breakfast's haunted house, 317 N. Main St., was closed down last week by the city because of public safety concerns. Jason Gallo, city planner, said the owner, Alexis L. Michael, attempted to open the haunted house without any temporary-use permits from the city, or building-and-fire inspections for the haunted house.
Nor did the owner initially respond to a letter from the city in mid-October, requesting the business to schedule the necessary inspections. After the owner did schedule an inspection, the Oconomowoc Fire Department found safety issues with exits. OCONOMOWOC — City officials have closed down a bed-and-breakfast's attempt to scare up some fun this Halloween. Lake Manor's haunted house was closed by city officials under the threat of municipal citations and arrest, according to Sara Billard, property manager. City officials said the bed-and-breakfast failed to comply with the city codes and obtain a temporary use permit prior to opening. |

Lake Manor House on Lake Fowler in Oconomowoc is building a reputation in our community as the Bates Motel. Now they want to open as a nursing home / adult foster care facility?!!!!
I certainly would not want my grandmother in the care of Alexis Michael / Sara Billard or whatever her name is - or any disabled adult for that matter! |

Which address is correct for Lake Manor House in Oconomowoc?
317 N. Main St. Oconomowoc or 317 N. Lake Rd. Oconomowoc I see both in comments above. |

The correct address for Lake Manor is 317 North Lake Road Oconomowoc, Wisconsin 53066
I saw an advertisement for the Grand Opening of Lake Manor in the Waukesha Freeman newspaper today. The do not have permits. Many local contractors have not been paid for work on the property. There are notices on the building now, from the building inspector, stating no contractors may perform work (not that any around here would). The building has serious electrical faults and a possible gas line illegally capped off. I'm thankful the inspector is looking into these problems. They are putting the community at great risk. Between the accusations of sexual assault on minors employed there, identity theft and theft from contractors, I believe the owner Alexis Michael and her husband Frederick Decker will get what they've got coming - hopefully a very long prison sentence. That is the only bed and breakfast they deserve. They have victimized so many people here in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Oconomowoc may be a little bitty town, but we have a great community. We don't need them. |

If you have information or know the whereabouts of Alexis L. Michael or Frederick J. Decker please contact the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department.

My friend is a contractor who worked on the Lake Manor property for 2 weeks. He did not get paid for the work he did, either. He found out about all the problems with these people, too late.
