Woman dies in jump into Quechee Gorge

I live a few miles from this bridge. I'm going through a rough time in.my life being bullied by the assholes at hartfors high and have thought about also leaving my shoes at the top.... Its sad but true. When you reach out to ur family and tell them what's going on and they do nothing about it and the scholl does nothing about it is it wrong to think like this? I'm speaking from the pov of me if I were to leave my shoes at the top,I would leave a note to my family saying I begged. For help and didn't get it. So I'm helping myself going to a better place

Wow. So many heartless bastards here. I was one of those many, many people who have considered or committed suicide at quechee gorge. The reason I did not had nothing to do with there being a fence or not.... That said if I had decided to "go" a fence definitely would have been a deterrent. All that stopped me was the payphone in the parking lot. It has been 17 years since I thought of killing myself there, and I have some great clarity since then. Looking back at myself at the age of 17, a fence definitely would have helped. Btw fuck all of you who think this has anything to do with tourism!
