Savages! I've only gone to Simsbury ONCE in my life, and I had to drive through it with my windows up and my doors locked! Sims-buried should be bombed immediately and started over. Bears, Coyotes, Emus, and now bomb-laced chickens. What else can one expect from such an anarchistic state as Simsbury!??

as a Christian, I am insulted at the ignorant & insensitive comment of "julio P" (if that is his real name). Clearly, this was the work of godless liberals who have no respect for the dead as to desicrate the corpse of an innocent creature, while trying to harm any individual lured by the trap. If Mr. P had any common sense, or an iota of learning, he would know that Muslims don't place pipe bombs corpses; sick twisted suburbanite terrorists with too much free time on their hands do.

The thing about Simsbury, which makes me wonder about this whole incident, is this: There's no way to know if this chicken bomb is the result of terrorism or gang warfare, since both of those scourges of freedom and decency have so equally placed Simsbury in their godless grips. Then again, maybe it doesn't matter - Simsbury's notorious Hopmeadow Road Assassinz gang and Al Qaeda are really just two sides of the same America-hating coin. I'm just glad I moved my family to Cromwell before things got too bad.
