Ok this guy was wrong for having the crap on his PC. But I see one person going off saying 2 years isnt long enough, blah blah blah. I dont think this case revolved around him ever TOUCHING someone, did it? If he didnt TOUCH a single person then 2 years is more than enough. He wasnt tried as a child MOLESTER. He had photos. Im not condoning it at all in any way, but he is paying his price for his mistake. Now why arent we going after more damn illegal immigrants!

Hey although he may not have touched someone or actually physically hurt someone; he is an individual creating the demand for the information resulting in someone else taking the pictures & possibily hurting someone. Most youth posing in pictures sold on the web are not doing it for fun and enjoyment. They are tricked, abused, or what have you. With out customers- demand would not be there- kids would not get hurt. So no he did not physically hurt anyone but he contributes to those that do. Essentially he is supporting it.
