I see that Carbone realizes the system is broken. The problem lies in one of the first things he mentioned, poverty and teenage pregnancy. These people are breeding like rabbits and just adding more and more degenerates to the gene pool. They have no ability to properly raise these kids.
Social services and welfare systems only encourage this type of behavior. It's a temporary band-aid for the problem created by something deeper down. These 15 year old girls getting knocked up don't care about having a decent job to support a family - because they just have to make arrangements with a case worker and get a check in the mail.
As harsh as it sounds - it's the endless cycle of breeding of people who shouldn't be breeding in the first place. They are breeding at a rate that will eventually out number the decent hard working folks who pay their own way through life.
People who add children to their family when they are already living in poverty are just plain stupid. They don't think. They never had to think about how to support that family because the taxpayers have always done it for them.
We are all getting poorer. Life and living is not about who can hunt the best, who is the strongest alpha male, and who can plant their seed in the most women to continue the survival of the species. Capitalism has caused humans to evolve that their ability to make money ensures their survival. Instead of helping your fellow man - the system has evolved to exploit and extort all the money you possibly can out of him. But there are many who haven't evolved to those standards. Some sell drugs or rob people to try to get by - but that only leads to a further burden on the taxpayers to place these offenders in prison.
