Who cares. These task forces are good sources of federal pork for small communities, and all they have to do to get the money is keep locking up b/l/a/c/k/s. Big deal, lock em up, and keep the money rolling in. The war on drugs is a big money maker for a lot of people, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I watched this show last night and my blood boiled as i watched it!! The flat out injustices done to these people was totally unreal!! i could only imagine how it must feel to be wrongly convicted and sent to jail for a crime you didn't committ, all based on the fabrications and flat out lies of a wannabe undercover agent who's on trail of deceit and lies should have ended up in jail!

I am from this area and know for a fact that the majority of the people arrested were guilty. The problem though, was their due process rights were violated, and that is unacceptable regardless of the offense. No one is above the law...not even those whose job it is to enforce them.

But take a look at where they are now? most of them in prison again...I think the pardon was a waste of time..all this was...was an embarrasment to the town...All of the people convicted are incarcerated or if not living off of welfare because they spent their settlement money on Drugs....

Daily Horoscope for January 1

Sagittarius

Happy New Year, Saggitarius! Despite the headache, your motivation level is high today, setting a trend for the rest of the year. You'll be surrounded by relatives and friends all year and will work passionately to help them, as you do. Things go smoothly today, and you're absorbed with the duties of new year. Be careful that you don't neglect your own health, though. You can't help others if you're run down.
