Pelican Lake driver sentenced after highway horseplay, fatal crash

only 5 months in jail & the judge calls him " foolishness " I believe the LIGHT sentence is " foolish " !!( Life in prison )
Wake up Judges ..attempted murder & how about his blood alcohol level .
( acquitted of homicide & 2 other felonies ) WTF ?

420 - the fact remains that the other guy was driving his own truck under his own power and he alone made the unfortunate decision that led to his death. He could have simply backed off and went home. He chose to drive the way he did.
